| Tez konusu olan 199 Numaralı Mahmûd Paşa Mahkemesi Şer’îyye Sicili çerçevesinde elde edilen bilgiler ışığında oluşmaktadır. Tarih boyunca önemli bir konuma sahip olan İstanbul şehrini çok sayıda imparatorluk ve kültüre başkentlik yapmış olmasından ötürü hem konumuyla hem de sahip olduğu tarihi zenginlikleriyle araştırılmaya değer görülmüştür. Bu doğrultuda Osmanlı tarihiyle ilgili doğru bilgilere ulaşılmasını sağlayan birinci elden kaynak olan şeriyye sicilleri bu amaç uğrunda en kayda değer kayıtlar olarak kabul edilir. Bu tez çalışmasında H.1322-1324/M.1904-1906 yılları arasındaki İstanbul’un Sur İçi’ndeki Mahmûd Paşa Semti’ndeki Mahmûd Paşa Camisi’nin avlusunda icra edilen Mahmûd Paşa Mahkemesi Şer´îyye Sicili’ne ait davaların bulunduğu 199 Numaralı Şer´îyye Sicili’nin transkripsiyon ve değerlendirilmesi ile elde edeceğimiz yeni bilgilere ulaşılması hedeflenmiştir. | |||
| The information obtained in the thesis of Mahmûd Pasha Court 199 Numbered Record, occurs in the light. Istanbul, which has a important position throught history, has been the capital of many emğires and cultures. Due to these qualities, it has been seen to be explored with its historical richness that it has both its position and its ownership. In this respect, first-rate sources of sherries, which provide the right information about Ottoman history, are regarded as the most valuable record his purpose. In this thesis study, the transcription of the registry number 199 where the cases belonging to Mahmud Pasha Court Sharia Record the courtyard of the Mahmud Pasha Mosque in Mahmud Pasha District in Istanbul, which is between 1322-1324/1904-1906, and to obtain new information to be obtained through evaluation. | |||
