| Bu çalışmamızda toplumun çekirdeğini ve en büyük dinamiğini oluşturan aileyi ele aldık. Osmanlı İmparatorluğu?nun son dönemi Seydişehir?deki ailenin özellikleri, evlilik, nafaka takdiri, talâk, muhala?a, borç ve miras gibi çeşitli davaların uygulanışı, şer?iyye sicili belgelerinden hareketle nasıl çözüldüğü ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Osmanlı sosyal hayatının mikro tarih anlamında örneklerini teşkil eden köy ve mahallenin Seydişehir’deki yapısı ve fonksiyonları ele alınmıştır. Belgelerde genel olarak miras, borç, boşanma, evlilik, nafaka, mehir borcu gibi davalar bulunmaktadır. Seydişehir mahkemelerinde davaların nasıl çözüldüğü ve bu davalara getirilen çözümler gün ışığına çıkarılmıştır. Seydişehir?de temel tüketim ürünlerinin neler olduğu ve hangi ürünlerin yetiştirildiği ortaya konularak Seydişehir?inin iktisadi hayatına dair somut bilgilere ulaşılmıştır. Bu çalışmamızın sonucunda, Seydişehir?inin dolayısıyla Osmanlı Devleti?nin, hukukî, iktisâdi, sosyal, idari ve aile tarihine ışık tutabilecek belgeler gün ışığına çıkartılmaya çalışılmıştır. Ticaret, tarım ve hayvancılık ve eğitim gibi konularda olduğu gibi Osmanlı Devleti bünyesinde yaşayan toplumlar arasında oluşturulan düzene bir kez daha şahit olunmuştur. 233 Numaralı Defter?de yer alan Seydişehir?e bağlı yerleşim birimleri ve belgelerin tasnifi üzerinde durulmuştur. I. Bölümde çalışmamızın amacı ve Seydişehir tarihçesi, II. Bölüm?de genel bir değerlendirme yapılmış. III. Bölüm?de ise metnin transkripsiyonu ve orijinali verilmiştir. Özetle bu çalışma ile elde edilecek somut veriler ışığında Seydişehir?in sosyal ve iktisadi yapısını ortaya çıkararak hem şehir tarihçiliğine hem de Osmanlı tarihiyle ilgili bilgilerimize katkı sağlamak amacıyla araştırmacıların istifadesine sunulmuş olacak. | |||
| In this study, we investigated family which makes the core and the most crucial dynamic of the society. The characteristics of families in Seydişehir during the last period of Ottoman Empire, the applications of various lawsuits such as; marriage, child support judgement, talaq, muhala?a, dept and inheritance were revealed to find out how these cases were solved moving from şer?iyye registration records. The structure and functions of village and district in Seydişehir making the examples of Ottoman social life within the context of micro history were dealt with. In the records, there are in general the lawsuits such as inheritance, dept, divorce, marriage, child support judgement, dowry dept cases. How the cases in Seydişehir courts were solved and what solutions were found for the problems were revealed. After finding out what the basic consumption items in Seydişehir were and which agricultural products were yielded, concrete information about economic life was reached. As a result of this study, records that might set light to legal, economic, social, administrative and family history of Seydişehir, thus, indirectly, Ottoman State were revealed. The system created not only in the field of trade, agriculture and animal breeding and education but also among the peoples living within the body of Ottoman State was witnessed again. Settlement units attached to Seydişehir that took place in 233 Numbered Book, and classification of the records were emphasized. In I Chapter, the objective of the study and Seydişehir history were narrated and in II Chapter a general evaluation was carried out. And in III Chapter, the transcription and original form of the text were submitted. In conclusion, in the light of the concrete data that will be obtained out of this study, it will be possible to present this information to the usage of researchers in order to make a contribution to the knowledge about both city historiography and Ottoman history by revealing social and economic life of Seydişehir. | |||
