| Bu çalışma, 1961 ile 1980 yılları arasındaki dönemde, biz onlar ayrımının iki ana tarafı olan CHP ile AP arasındaki ilişkinin hangi dönemde hasım, hangi dönemde düşman şeklinde nasıl devam ettiğini, milletvekili genel seçimlerinin propaganda dönemindeki siyasal parti söylemleri üzerinden, agonistik demokrasinin teorik kavramları ile tartışmaktadır. Bunun için dönemin altı ulusal gazetesinde, siyasi parti liderlerinin, yöneticilerinin ve temsilcilerinin milletvekili seçim dönemindeki sözleri, içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. CHP ile AP arasında, 1961 seçim döneminde ideolojik kaynaklı olmayan bir hasım ilişkisi bulunmaktadır. 1965, 1969 ve her ne kadar önceki seçim dönemlerine göre gerginlik daha yüksek olsa da 1973 seçim dönemlerinde ideolojik kaynaklı bir hasım ilişkisi ve çatışması olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. Ancak önceki dönemlerden farklı olarak 1977 seçim döneminde hasım ilişkisinin düşman ilişkisine dönüştüğü görülmektedir. Bu tez beş ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde, Chantal Mouffe’un biz onlar ayrımını açıklamak için kullandığı agonizma, antagonizma, kurucu dışsal, hasım ve hegemonya gibi kavramlar teorik çerçevede açıklanmıştır. İkinci bölümde, biz onlar ayrımını açıklamak için, Türkiye siyasal hayatının incelenen döneminde yaşanan bazı önemli olaylar ve süreçler değerlendirilmiştir. Üçüncü ve dördüncü bölümlerde, 1961, 1965, 1969, 1973 ve 1977 seçimlerinden önceki, siyasal partilerin propaganda dönemindeki söylemleri biz onlar ayrımı bağlamında tartışılmıştır. Son bölümde ise bütün incelenen bu dönemlerin biz onlar ayrımı bağlamında analizi yapılmış ve hasım ilişkisinin veya düşman ilişkisinin olduğunu gösteren söylemler tespit edilmiştir. | |||
| In this thesis, the discourses of the RPP and the JP, the two main parties of the us them distinction, between the years of 1961 and 1980 are examined. Thus, it is evaluated in which period the relationship between them continued as an adversary and in which period as an enemy. This discussion is explained with the theoretical concepts of agonistic democracy by examining the political party discourses in the propaganda period of the parliamentary general elections. For this discussion, the discourses of political party leaders, executives and members in the six national newspapers during the parliamentary election period were analyzed by discourse analysis. In the 1961 election period, there was an adversarial relationship between RPP and JP that was not due to ideological conflict. During the election periods of 1965, 1969 and 1973, when tensions were higher than previous periods, it is understood that there was an adversarial relationship and conflict for ideological reasons. However, unlike the previous periods, it is seen that the adversary relationship turned into an enemy relationship in the 1977 election period. This thesis consists of five main chapters. In the first chapter, concepts such as agonism, antagonism, constitutive outside, adversary and hegemony, which Chantal Mouffe uses to explain us them distinction, are explained in a theoretical framework. In the second chapter, some important events and processes that took place during this period of Turkish political life, in order to explain the us them distinction have been evaluated. In the third and fourth chapters, the discourses of political parties in the propaganda period before the 1961, 1965, 1969, 1973 and 1977 elections are discussed in the context of us them distinction. In the last chapter, all the examined periods were evaluated in the context of us them distinction and discourses showing that there was an adversary or enemy relation were determined. | |||
