| Bu araştırma suç ve sosyal hizmet ilişkisi bağlamında Bingöl M Tipi Kapalı-Açık Ceza İnfaz Kurumunda kalan hükümlülerin sosyo-ekonomik sorunlarını ve ihtiyaç duydukları sosyal hizmet uygulamalarını ortaya koymak amacıyla yapılan betimsel bir çalışmadır. Toplumsal normlar toplumun düzenini ve devamlılığını sağlayan toplumsal sistemin unsurlarıdır. Toplumsal normlardan sapma eğilimi bazı sorunları ortaya çıkarabilmektedir. Bu sorunların en belirgin olanı ise suç olgusudur. Suç tarihte her zaman kendine yer edinmiştir ve insanlık tarihi boyunca da devam edecektir. Suç birçok bilim dalı ve disiplinler tarafından araştırılmıştır. Her disiplin kendi bakış açısıyla suçu açıklamaya çalışmıştır. Ayrıca suçu incelerken suçlulara da değinmek gerekmektedir. Dolayısıyla hükümlülerin yaşadığı sosyo-ekonomik sorunları, ihtiyaç duydukları sosyal hizmet müdahalelerini, suç işleme nedenlerini ortaya koymak bu araştırmanın temel amaçlarındandır. Araştırmada genel tarama modeli kullanılarak nicel bir çalışma yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Bingöl M Tipi Kapalı-Açık Ceza İnfaz Kurumunda kalan 250 adli hükümlü oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama yöntemi olarak hükümlülerin sosyo-ekonomik sorunlarını ortaya koymaya yönelik görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada ortaya çıkan verilerde değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya koymak adına ki-kare analizi kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda hükümlülerin yaşları ile suç türleri, aylık gelirleri ile suç türleri, suç işleme nedenleri ile suç türleri, hükümlülerin aile ve yakınlarıyla olan ilişkileri ile ziyarete gelme sıklığı, sosyal destek olma durumları arasında ki-kare analizi sonucunda anlamlı bir ilişki (X20,05) tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgular hükümlülerin suç işleme nedenlerini, ceza infaz kurumunda bulundukları infaz süreci boyunca ve ceza infaz kurumundan tahliye sonrası süreçte de yaşadıkları sosyo-ekonomik sorunlar ile ihtiyaç duydukları sosyal hizmet müdahalelerini ortaya koymaktadır. Bunun yanısıra suçun önlenmesine yönelik önerilere de yer verilmektedir. Dolayısıyla çalışma sonucunda sosyal hizmet alanı için önemli bulgular elde edilmiştir. | |||
| This study is a descriptive study aimed at revealing the socio-economic problems and the social service practices of the convicts who stay in Bingöl M Type Closed-Open Prison Institution in the context of the relationship between crime and social work. Social norms are elements of the social system that ensures the order and continuity of society. The tendency to deviate from social norms may happen some problems. The most obvious of these problems is the phenomenon of crime. Crime has always taken its place in history and will continue throughout human history. Crime has been investigated by many disciplines and interdisciplinary. Each discipline tried to explain the crime from its own point of view. Also criminals should be mentioned when examining the crime. Therefore, it is one of the main objectives of this study to reveal the socio-economic problems experienced by convicts, the social service interventions they need and the reasons for committing crimes. In the study, a quantitative study was conducted using the general screening model. The sample of the study consists of 250 judicial convicts staying in Bingöl M Type Closed-Open Prison. In the research, ınterview form was used to reveal the socio-economic problems of convicts as data collection method. In the data obtained, chi-square analysis was used to reveal the relationship between the variables. As a result of the study, there was a significant relationship between the age and types of crimes, monthly income and types of crimes, the reasons for the crimes and the types of crimes, the relationship of the convicts with their family and relatives, the frequency of visits and the social support status (X20,05) between the education level of the convicts, crime types, marital status and crime types, occupation and crime types. The findings of the study reveal the reasons of convicts’ offenses, the socio-economic problems they experienced during the execution period during their execution and after the release from the penitentiary institution and the social service interventions they need. In addition, recommendations for crime prevention are also ıncluded. As a result of this study, important findings were obtained fort he field of social work. | |||
