Öz

Yukarıda künyesini verdiğimiz kitap, Türkiye’de yapılmış bir arkeolojik kazı ve mimari restorasyonu derli toplu anlatan bir monografidir. Farklı dönemlerde farklı kullanım amaçları dolayısı ile geçirdiği mimari değişiklikleri bünyesinde toplayan İstanbul’daki Kalenderhâne Camisi, 1966 yılından 1978 yılına kadar yapılan çalışmalarla kimliği ortaya çıkarılan bir anıt eser olarak bu kitaba konu olmuştur.
