| ÖZET Araştırmaya konu olan 1927 – 1938 yıllan arası İl Manisa Meclis-î Umumî Zabıtları’dır. Bu zabıtlarda yapılan incelemeler sonucunda, Manisa’nın siyasî, iktisadî, ağlık, sosyal ve kültürel hayali ele alınmıştır. Bu döneme ait 1927, 1929, 1930, 1934, 1935, 1936, 1937, 1938 yılı Meclis-î Umumî Zabıtları değerlendirmeye alınmış, 1928, 1931, 1932, 1933 zabıtlarına ulaşılamamıştır. 1932 yılma ait bilgilerin bazıları 1932 Manisa İl Yıllığından temin edilmiştir. Yapılan inceleme sonucunda Manisa’nın bu dönemine ait durumu ve gelişim süreci ilmî metodlarla incelemeye alınmış ve şehrin gelişim ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. | |||
| IV ABSRACT The subject of this investigation is the proceedings of Provincial Assemnly of Manisa form 1927 to 1938. With this investigation on these proceedings, the olitical, economic, health, social and cultural life of Manisa has been evoluated. The proceedings of Provincial Assembly of Manisa which belonged to the years of 1927, 1929, 1930, 1934, 1935. 1936, 1937 and 1938 have been considered, but the ones which belonged to the years of 1927, 1931, 1932, 1933 have been impossible obtain. Some of the information related to the years of 1931 and 1932 has been obtanied from the Almanac of Manisa which belonged to the year of Manisa As a resultThe General Situation and The Progress Process of Manisa related to that period have been tried to bring to light scientifically by the help of this investigation. | |||
