| Bu çalışma, 2007 yılı sonbahar göç dönemi ile 2008 yılı ilkbahar ve sonbahar göç döneminin 15 Mart ? 30 Mayıs ve 15 Ağustos ? 30 Ekim tarihleri arasında, Iğdır-Tuzluca-Yukarı Çıyrıklı Köyü’nde, Aras Nehri kıyısında yapılmış olup göç eden Passeriformes (Aves) türlerine ait bireylerin yön tercihlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Belirtilen tarihlerde 25 türden 548 bireye Busse deney kafesleriyle oriyantasyon deneyleri yapılmıştır.Deneylerin sonucunda kuşların Sonbahar döneminde Güney-Batı yönüne, İlkbahar döneminde ise Kuzey yönüne doğru yönelim gösterdikleri ortaya çıkmıştır. | |||
| This study was conducted during the 2007 autumn and 2008 spring and autumn migrations between March 15th to May 30, and August 15 to October 30 at the Aras River Bird Research and Education Center, Yukarı Çıyrıklı Village, Tuzlca district, Iğdır province. I invastigated directional preferences of migratory songbirds (order Passeriformes). For this purpose I tested the directional preferences of 548 birds from 25 species, using the Buse flat orientation cage.The results of these orientation tests showed that birds tested in the autumn season of 2007 and 2008 oriented their migrations to the southeast while birds migrating in spring 2008 oriented towards the north. | |||
