Bu çalışma, bugün Gürcistan sınırları içinde bulunan Borçalı bölgesinde yaşayan Karapapak / Terekeme Türklerinin ses bilgisi, şekil bilgisi ve söz dizimi bakımından ağız özelliklerini ortaya koymayı hedeflemektedir.Çalışmada giriş, ses bilgisi, şekil bilgisi, söz dizimi bölümleri ile sonuç, metinler ve sözlük yer almaktadır. Giriş bölümünde çalışmanın adı, amacı, kapsamı, yöntemi, kaynakları hakkında bilgi verilmiş, Türkiye’de ağız araştırmalarının tarihî seyrine değinilmiş, ağız araştırmalarında çeviri yazı, deşifre edilen metinlerin içeriğinden bahsedilmiştir. Bu bölümde ayrıca Karapapak/Terekeme Türklerinin tarihî süreç içindeki durumları, bugün Borçalı’da yaşayan Karapapak / Terekeme Türklerinin sosyal, kültürel, coğrafi, demografik, ekonomik, dinî yapıları ve eğitim olanakları hakkında genel bilgi verilmiştir.Ses bilgisi bölümünde ünlüler ve ünsüzler şeklinde iki ana başlık hâlinde Borçalı Karapapak/Terekeme ağzının fonetik özelliklerine değinilmiş, bölge ağzı ile ilgili derlenen metinlerden hareketle ses olayları üzerinde durulmuştur. Şekil bilgisi bölümünde; isim, fiil ve edat olmak üzere üç ana başlık hâlinde yöre ağzında tespit edilen yapım ve çekim ekleri, sıfat, zarf, zamir gibi kelime türleri ile edat başlığı altında değerlendirilen dil unsurları hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.İnceleme bölümünün bir diğer kolunu söz dizimi oluşturmaktadır. Bu bölümde Borçalı Karapapak/Terekeme ağzında tespit edilen kelime grupları, cümle ögeleri ve cümle türleri üzerinde durulmuş, bölge ağzının söz dizimi özellikleri ana hatlarıyla ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.Sonuç bölümünde araştırmada ele alınan konuların genel bir değerlendirmesi yapılarak Borçalı Karapapak/Terekeme ağzının ses bilgisi, şekil bilgisi, söz dizimi ve söz varlığı bakımından sahip olduğu nitelikler dile getirilmiştir. Derlenen metinler esasında bölge ağzının söz varlığı hakkında bilgi vermek amacıyla oluşturulan sözlük bölümü de çalışmanın sonuna eklenmiştir.

This study found today within the borders of Georgia living in Borçalı Karapapak / Terekeme Turks phonetics, morphology and syntax aims to reveal the terms of the properties of the dialect.In the study is included introduction, phonetics, morphology, syntax, and results sections, text, and a glossary. In the introductory section of the study, the name, purpose, scope, methodology, sources of information is given about, and historical period of dialect researches are mentioned in Turkey, transcription in dialect researches, to decipher the contents of the texts mentioned. This section also Karapapak / Terekeme Turks conditions in the historical period, Karapapak / Terekeme Turks social, cultural, geographical, demographic, economic, religious structures today living in Borçalı and about the education possibilities of general information is provided.In the phonetic section, vowels and consonants, as in the case of the two main topics Borçalı Karapapak / Terekeme dialect phonetic features are mentioned, compiled on the dialect of the region focused on phonologic events. In the morphology section, nouns, verbs and prepositional case of three main categories, including at the dialect of the detected for the construction and up attachments adjective, adverb, pronoun, such as the types of words with the preposition under the title of assessed the elements of language has been given information about.Review of partition, the other section syntax constitutes.
