| Bu çalışmanın amacı Bulgaristan’da Türkçe öğretimini tarihsel ve yöntemsel süreçleriyle ele alarak Bulgaristan’da ilköğretim ikinci kademede okutulan Türkçe ders kitaplarını değerlendirmektir. Bu bağlamda, Bulgaristan’da Türkçe öğreten eğitim kurumları, Türkçe öğretmeni yetiştiren kurumlar ve Türkçe dersi materyalleri irdelenmiştir. Kuramsal temeli oluşturmak adına, yabancı dil öğretiminde yaygın olarak benimsenen güncel kuram, yaklaşım, yöntem ve politikalara değinilmiştir. Çalışmanın somut bir çerçevede ilerlemesi için Bulgaristan’da okutulan ilköğretim ikinci kademe Türkçe ders kitapları, H. Douglas Brown’un önerdiği ve çağdaş yabancı dil öğretim uygulamalarını temel alan ders kitabı değerlendirme ölçütleri doğrultusunda incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın bulgularından, incelenen ders kitaplarının güncelliğini yitirdiği ve çağdaş dil öğretiminin gerisinde kaldığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. | |||
| The aim of this study is to discuss the historical and theoretical background of Turkish language teaching in Bulgaria and to analyze Turkish language textbooks used in lower secondary schools in Bulgaria. In this context, Bulgarian educational institutions that offer Turkish language courses, Turkish teacher training institutions and Turkish language teaching materials have been explicated. In order to shape the theoretical framework of the study, the most popular current theories, approaches, methods and policies have been discussed. To carry the study forward more concretely, Turkish language textbooks used in lower secondary schools in Bulgaria have been analyzed according to the textbook evaluation criteria based on current foreign language teaching applications and developed by H. Douglas Brown. It is concluded from the findings of the study that the analyzed textbooks are out-of-date and far behind the current language teaching trends. | |||
