| Bu çalışmada, Brassicaceae familyasına ait Diplotaxis tenuifolia (L.) DC. Taksonu Morfolojik, Anatomik ve Mikromorfolojik özellikleri açısından araştırıldı. Morfolojik çalışma da taksonun mevcut morfolojik deskripsiyonlarına ait özellikler genişletildi. Anatomik çalışmalarda kök, gövde yaprak ve meyveye ait kesitler hazırlandı. Organların yapısal özellikleri ortaya kondu ve bunların önemleri vurgulandı. Taksonun palinolojik özellikleri ise SEM ve Işık mikroskobu görüntüleri ile belirlendi. İlave olarak SEM görüntüleri ile taksonun tohum özellikleri ortaya kondu. | |||
| In present study, the morphological, anatomical and micromorphological characteristics of Diplotaxis tenuifolia in Brassicaceae family were investigated. In morphological analysis, the description of taxon was enlarged. In anatomical studies, the transverse sections of root, stem, leaf and fruit were prepared. The structural traits of organs were presented and the importance of these properties were emphasized. The palynological characteristics of taxon were determined by investigating the photographs of SEM and light microscope. Additionaly, the seed characteristics were revealed by using SEM images. | |||
