| VÖZETAYŞE YÜCEL GÜNER(DOKTOR- HASTA ETK LEŞ M SORUNLARININTEŞH S VE TEDAV SÜREC NE ETK LER )Doktor- hasta ilişkisini etkileyen faktörlerin çok boyutlu ve katmanlı yapısınıolabildiğince geniş bir perspektiften anlamayı amaçlayan bu çalışma, konuya iletişimsorunları çerçevesinden bakmayı özellikle ön plana çıkarmayı hedeflemektedir.Çalışmada, bu iletişim sürecinin iki tarafı olarak konumlanan doktor ve hasta rollerininT. Parsons’un rol kavramı çerçevesinde değerlendirilmiş, analiz edilmiştir. Bubağlamda, Parsonsla özdeşleşmiş olan işlevselci toplumsal tabakalaşma kuramı ve onuntoplumsal sistem ve bu sistem için rollerin gerekliliği düşüncesiyle geliştirdiğiyaklaşımı , eleştirilen yönlerine de değinilip tartışılmıştır.Çalışmada, iletişimin eksikliğinin, nedenlerine, nasıl sorunlara yol açtığına ve neşekilde çözülüp aşılabileceğine olabildiğince geniş bir perspektiften incelenirken,ayrıca bu rollerin karşılaşmalarının ne tür toplumsal dinamiklerden ne şekildeetkilendiğini anlamak ve statü, ktidar, otorite, alan, habitus gibi sosyolojik kavramları;bu rollerin çatışmalarını anlamaya yönelik değerlendirmek gibi bir yönelim içerisindeilerlemiştir.Çalışmada, alanın teorik çalışmaları okunup incelendikten sonra hem buçalışmalar ile karşılaştırma yapmak hem de bu çalışmaya konu olan rollerin nesneinşasına birer toplumsal fail olarak katılımlarını sağlamak amacıyla bir alan çalışmasıgerçekleştirilmesi uygun görülmüştür. Alan çalışmasında faillerin nesne inşa sürecinedahil olmalarını mümkün kılan bir metod olarak düşünülen kalitatif metodbenimsenmiştir. | VISUMMARYAYŞE YÜCEL GÜNER(THE DOCTOR- PATIENT INTERACTION PROBLEMS AND EFFECTS ONDIAGNOS S AND TREATMENT PROCESS)Due to the relationship between the doctor and the patient influenced by many?multiple dimension? and ?multiple layer? factors, this research study aims to analysisthe relationship having a wide perspective in order to understand the study subject fromthe point of communication difficulties.Besides communication aspects, this study emphasizes also ?role? concept of thedoctor and the patient who are two parts of communication process. T. Parson has adominant position in social literature with ?role? concept that he developed,consequently also this research study proceeds based on his ?role? concept.Furthermore this research tries to understand also the encounter of doctor and patientand how and by which type of social dynamics influenced these roles. This studyconsiders also some sociological concepts like status, authority, power, specialization,and respectability as a tool in order to be able to understand conflicts between thesetwo roles.In this context, theory of ?functional social stratification? – which identifies withParson-, ?social system? of Parson and the necessity of roles will be discuss andconsider with his many faces in order to detailed the approach of Parson.In this study we will tried to understand, the lack of communication, causes,which problems can create and the solutions in order to handle these problems. Thisanalyze will be build up with results of two directions; theoretical frame and datas offield research.
