P. interpunctellatürü içinde fındık, fıstık, ceviz, badem ve polen bulunan kavanozlarda 25-30 gün,30±5 ºC’de ve %65±5 ba ıl nemde kapa ı açık etüv içerisinde geli meyebırakılmı tır. Besinler ile bu besinlerden alınan larva ve pupların total lipit, totalya asidi ve total lipide göre total ya asidi oranları belirlenmi , ya asidibile imleri GC kullanılarak analiz edilmi tir. Besinler ve bu besinlerden alınan heriki evreye ait ya asidi bile iminde en büyük yüzdelerin oleik asit, linoleik asit vepalmitik aside ait oldu u, di er ya asidi yüzdelerinde ise fark bulundu u tespitedilmi tir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Lepidoptera, Pyralidae, Plodia interpunctella, total lipit, totalya asidi, ya asidi bile imi.i | |||

Prof. Dr. Mehtap AKINIn this study, it was aimed that larvae and pupae of Plodia interpunctellafeed on dried product such as hazelnut, peanut, walnut, almond and bee pollenwere determined total lipid, total fatty acid and fatty acid composition. These arereproduced on 25-30 days, in 30±5 ºC and 65±5% relative humidity in mason jaris put within hazelnut, peanut, walnut, almond and bee pollen. Total fatty acid,total lipid and according to total lipid total fatty acid of the diets and P.interpunctella larvae and pupae growing in the diets were determined. Fatty acidcomposition were analyzed by GC and ratio of oleic acid, linoleic acid andpalmitic acid of diets and both stage were found very high and differences werefound between stages for the other fatty acids.Key word: Lepidoptera, Pyralidae, Plodia interpunctella, total lipid, total fattyacid, fatty acid composition.i | |||
