| Hz. Osman dönemi İslâm tarihi için önemli bir zaman dilimini ifade etmektedir. Dolayısıyla dönemin bütünsel olarak ve değişik perspektiflerle ele alınması, tarihi olayları anlamlandırma noktasında daha sağlam veriler ortaya koyacaktır. Bu bağlamda Hz. Osman dönemini iktisâdî bir bakış açısı ile bütünüyle ele alma gayesinde olduğumuz çalışmamızda Hz. Osman’ın hilafete gelişi, Hz. Osman’ın mâlî politikasının ana hatları, İslâm devletinin dayandığı sınırlar ve neticesinde kozmopolit yapısı daha da belirginleşen toplumun değişen sosyoekonomik yapısı hakkında bilgiler verilerek konuya giriş yapılmıştır. Devamında devlet gelirleri, Müslümanlardan ve gayrimüslimlerden elde edilen gelirler şeklinde sınıflandırılmış, dönemde mevcut iktisâdî yaşayış derinlemesine incelenmiştir. Sonrasında gelirlerin sarf yerleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Çalışmanın son bölümünde ise iktisâdî yaşayışın aktif bir biçimde gözlemlenebileceği saha olan dönemin pazarları, ticaret hayatı, tarım ve hayvancılık, zanaat hakkında bilgiler okuyucunun idrakine sunulmuştur. | |||
| The period of Uthman is a very significant period for Islamic history. Therefore, considering the period as a whole and from different perspectives will provide more valid data to understand historical events. In the introduction part of this study which aims to deal with the whole period of Caliph Uthman from an economic perspective, the information about Caliph Uthman’ taking over the caliphate, the main lines of his economic policy, the boundaries on which the Islamic State is based, and the changing socio-economic structure of the society whose cosmopolitan structure becomes more evident is given. In the second chapter, the state revenues are classified as incomes obtained from Muslims and non-Muslims and the economic life in the period is scrutinized. In the third chapter, information is given about the consumption places of the revenues. In the last chapter of this study, information about markets, trade life, agriculture and animal husbandry, craft, which are the fields where economic life can be observed actively, is presented to the reader’s understanding. | |||
