| Şer’iyye Sicilleri, içeriğinde bulunan idarî, siyasî, askerî ve sosyal nitelikli belgelerden dolayı Osmanlı Tarini’ne ışık tutan kaynaklar niteliğindedir. Siciller ait oldukları yerin eski yerleşim birimlerini, buradaki insanların lakaplarını, birbirleriyle olan ticari ilişkilerini, ekonomik durumlarını, hukuki münasebetlerini içermektedir. Hazırlamış olduğum Yüksek Lisans tezi 44 Numaralı ve H. 1159-1161/M. 1746-1748 tarihlerini ihtiva eden Amasya’ya ait Şer’iyye Sicilidir. Defter 44 numaralı sicilin transkripsiyonunu ve değerlendirmesini içermektedir. Çalışma beş bölümden meydana gelmektedir. İlk bölümde Osmanlı Devleti’nin hukuku ve Osmanlı’da kadılık kurumu ile ilgili bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde Amasya şehrinin tarihi, üçüncü bölümde belgelerin özet ve tasnifi, dördüncü bölümde Amasya’nın idari yapısı ve sosyal hayat ile ilgili bilgilere yer verilmeye çalışılmış ve son bölümde defterin transkripsiyonuna yer verilmiştir. | |||
| Sharia record are sources that shed light on Ottoman Empire due to the administrative, political, military and social documents contained in them. The registers contain the old settlements of the place where they belong, the nicknames of the people here, their commercial relations with each other, their economic status, their legal relations. The Master’s thesis I have prepared is the Sher’iyya Register of Amasya, which contains the dates 44 and H. 1159-1161/M. 1746-1748. Ledger 44 contains the transcription and evaluation of the register. The study consists of five parts. In the first part, information about the law of the Ottoman Empire and the institution of women in the Ottoman Empire was given. In the second part, the history of the city of Amasya, in the third section the summary and classification of the documents, in the fourth section, information about the administrative structure and social life of Amasya is tried to be included and in the last section, the transcription of the notebook is included. | |||
