TOPLUMSAL HAREKETLER VE SİYASETTE OLUMSUZ DUYGULANIMLARIN ROLÜ ÜSTÜNE KURAMSAL BİR İNCELEME

Öz

Sosyal bilimlerde duygulanımların insan ilişkilerinin ve toplumsallığın farklı boyutlarındaki rolüne vurgu yapan çalışmaların artışıyla son yıllarda bir dönüşüm başladı. İnsan eylemleri ve toplumsal pratiklere sadece bilinçli düşünmenin biçim vermediğini gösteren bu dönüşümle birlikte sosyal hareketler ve siyasette de duygulanımların çeşitli deneyimlerdeki yerine dair incelemeler görünür oldu. Bunların ortaya koyduğu üzere hem olumlu hem de olumsuz duygulanımlar, siyaset ve toplumsal hareketler alanındaki deneyimlerin oluşumunu etkiler. Buna binaen bu çalışma suçluluk duygusu, öfke ve acı bağlamında olumsuz duygulanımların toplumsal hareketler ve siyasetteki pratiklerde nasıl iş gördüğünü inceler. Olumsuz duygulanımların olumsuz eylem ve davranışlardan ibaret olmadığını ileri sürer. Buna bağlı olarak onların olumlayıcı ve kurucu insani ve toplumsal eylemleri, davranışları ve ilişkileri de üretebileceğini iddia eder. Böylelikle olumsuz duygulanımların sadece tepkisel ve gelip geçici biçimlerdeki siyasal ve toplumsal deneyimleri üretmediğini, aynı zamanda dayanışma ve ortaklık oluşumu gibi kurucu pratikler etrafında kolektif özne oluşumu ile alternatif toplumsal deneyimlere de yol açabileceğini ortaya koyar.

A THEORETICAL ANALYSIS ON THE ROLE OF NEGATIVE AFFECTS IN SOCIAL MOVEMENTS AND POLITICS

Öz

A transformation has begun in the social sciences in recent years with the increase in studies emphasizing the role of affect in different dimensions of human relations and sociality. With this transformation, which demonstrates that human actions and social practices are not only shaped by conscious thinking, studies on the place of affect in various experiences in social movements and politics have also become visible. As they reveal, both positive and negative affects influence the formation of experiences in politics and social movements. Accordingly, this paper examines how negative affect in the context of guilt, anger and pain operates in social movements and political practices. It argues that negative affects are more than negative actions and behaviors. Accordingly, he argues that they can also produce affirmative and constitutive human and social actions, behaviors and relations. In this way, he demonstrates that negative affect does not only produce political and social experiences in reactive and transitory forms, but can also lead to alternative social experiences through collective subject formation around constitutive practices such as solidarity and partnership formation.
