| TÜRKİYE ISOPHYA BRUNNER VON WATTENWYL (ORTHOPTERA: TETTIGONIIDAE: PHANEROPTERINAE) TÜRLERİNİN REVİZYONU Hasan SEVGİLİ ÖZ Türkiye’de eri fazla türe sahip ikinci orthopter cinsi olan Isophya’nm Türkiye türleri ile ilgili, önceki literatür ve kolleksiyon materyali ve yeni toplanan örnekler bazında, kapsamlı bir derleme hazırlanmıştır. Çalışmada, morfolojik (dış morfoloji ve taramalı elektron mikroskobu ile ses organı) ve davranışsal (eşeysel seçilim ve üreme izolasyonunda önemli olan erkek çağrı sesleri) karakterler kullanılmış, ilişkili yapıların şekilleri hazırlanmış, tür tanımları ve diyagnozisleri yapılmış ve ekolojileri ile ilgili kısa bilgiler verilmiştir. Ayrıca, Türkiye türleri için bir anahtar oluşturulmuş, yayılış haritaları hazırlanmış ve 68 morfolojik karakterin kullanıldığı filogenetik bir çalışma sunulmuştur. Çalışmalarımız, Türkiye’de 45 Isophya türünün bulunduğunu ortaya koymuş ve filogenetik hipoteze göre bu 45 türün 6 tür grubuna ayrıldığı görülmüştür. Bu gruplar bazında Türkiye türleri şunlardır: 1- bicarinata- grubu: /. bicarinata. 2- zernovi-grubu: I. zernovi, I. coruhensis sp. n., /. pseudoautumnalis sp. n., /. ovitdaghensis sp. n. ve /. autumnalis. 3- ma/or-grubu: /. major, I. mersinensis sp. n., /. salmanı sp. n., /. mavromoustakisi (Kıbrıs’tan bilinmektedir), /. sikorai ve /. karabagi. 4- straubei grubu: /. straubei, I. paucidens, I. staneki, I. hospodar, I. anatolica ve /. pentheri. 5- amplipennis-grubu: I. amplipennis, I. redtenbacheri, I. rizeensis sp. n., /. bumerangoides sp. n., /. speciosa, I. moli sp. n., /. rodsjankoi, I. ciplaki sp. n., /. uludaghensis, I. reticulata, I. savignyi, I. demirsoyi sp. n., /. sureyai ve /. poskedaghensis sp. n. 6- rectfpen/7/s-grubu: Bu grup net olarak üç alt gruba ayrılır: a) f/jrac/ca-altgrubu: /. rectipennls, I. allegra sp. n., /. obenbergeri, I. canla, I. thracica; b) Ilkazi -altgrubu: /. ilkazi, I. nervosa, I. obtusidens, I.paveli, I. stenocauda; c) schneldeh -altgrubu: /. schneideri, I. acrita sp. n., /. hakkarica, I. acuminata. Bu 45 türden Isophya rizeensis sp. n., /. demirsoyi sp. n., /. ciplaki sp. n., /. moli sp. n., /. bumerangoides sp. n., /. allegra sp. n., /. salmanı sp. n., /. mersinensis sp. n., /. ovitdaghensis sp. n., /. coruhensis sp. n., /. acrita sp. n. ve /. poskedaghensis sp. n. türleri ile Isophya reticulata ve /. obtusidens türlerinin erkekleri ilk kez tanımlanmıştır. Isophya splendida Naskrecki&Ünal /. rodsjankoi Bolivar türüne, /. kosswigi Demirsoy türü /. nervosa Ramme türüne ve /. major muchei Harz /. major Brunner von Wattenwyl türüne sinonim olarak verilmiştir. /. straubei paucidens Heller yeni bir statüde Isophya paucidens Heller stat. n. olarak verilmiştir. Anadolu Isophya türlerinin çoğu yüksek rakımlarda ve alpin vejetasyonlarda bulunduğundan ve filogenetik ağaçtaki bazal dallar endemik olduğundan cinsin Anadolu’da (veya yakınında) bulunan atasal köken/kökenlerden çeşitlendiği varsayılmıştır. | REVISION OF THE TURKISH SPECIES OF THE GENUS ISOPHYA BRUNNER VON WATTENWYL (ORTHOPTERA: TETTIGONIIDAE: PHANEROPTERINAE) Hasan SEVGİLİ ABSTRACT Turkish species of the genus Isophya, the second most speciose orthopteran genus in Turkey, reviewed on the basis of previous literature, material in collections and newly collected specimens. In this review, morphological (external morphology and SEM of the stridulatory file) and behavioural characters (male calling song which is important in sexual selection and reproductive isolation) used and necessary illustrations are provided, in addition to species descriptions, diagnosis and short account about their ecology. Besides, for species of Turkey, a key to species, distribution maps and a phylogenetic analysis using 68 morphological characters are presented. The results revealed that there are 45 Isophya species present in Turkey and these 45 species put in six species groups according to phylogenetic hypothesis performed. These are; 1- bicarinata- group: /. bicarinata. 2- zernow-group: /. zemovi, I. coruhensis sp. n., /. pseudoautumnalis sp. n., /. ovitdaghensis sp. n. and /. autumnalis. 3- mayor-group: /. major, I. mersinensis sp. n., /. salmanı sp. n., /. mavromoustakisi (recorded only from Cyprus), /. sikorai and /. karabagi. 4- straubei-group: I. straubei, I. paucidens, I. staneki, I. hospodar, I. anatolica and /. pentheri. 5- amplipennis-group: I. amplipennis, I. redtenbacheri, I. rizeensis sp. n., /. bumerangoides sp. n., /. speciosa, I. moli sp. n., /. rodsjankoi, I. ciplaki sp. n., /. uludaghensis, I. reticulata, I. savignyi, I. demirsoyi sp. n., /. sureyai and /. poskedaghensis sp. n.. 6- recf/pewws-group: it is clearly divided into three subgroup, a) (ffrrac/ca-subgroup): /. rectipennis, I. allegra sp. n., /. obenbergeri, I. cania, I. thracica; b) (///caz/-subgroup): /. ilkazi, I. nervosa, I. obtusidens, I. paveli, I. stenocauda; c) (scfrne/cferÂ-subgroup): /. schneiden, I. acrita sp. n., /. hakkarica and /. acuminata. Of these 45 species, Isophya rizeensis sp. n., /. demirsoyi sp. n., /. ciplaki sp. n., /. moli sp. n., /. bumerangoides sp. n., /. allegra sp. n., /. salmani sp. n., /. mersinensis sp. n., /. ovitdaghensis sp. n., /. coruhensis sp. n., /. acrita sp. n. ve /. poskedaghensis sp. n. are described. Isophya splendida Naskrecki & Onal placed in synonymy with /. rodsjankoi Bolivar, Isophya kosswigi Demirsoy with /. nervosa Ramme and /. major muchei Harz with /. major Brunner von Wattenwyl. Isophya straubei paucidens Heller is given in a new status as Isophya paucidens Heller stat. n.. Finally, data are concluded in respect to evolution, ecology and biogeography of the species and the genus. Because most of the Anatolian Isophya species present in high altitudes and in alpine vegetation, and the most basal branches in the phylogenetic analysis are endemic, it is assumed that their speciation mediated by the glacial ages from some ancestral stock present in/around Anatolia.
