| Bu çalışmada, Türkiye’deki bazı yöresel bal çeşitleri toplandı. Bal örneklerinin polen analizleri yapılarak gerçek bal oldukları belirlendi.Anzer balı, Trabzon Kestane balı, Kekik balı, Çam balı, Narenciye balı ve Buzluhan Yayla balı olarak belirlenen balların Salmonella/ mikrozom test sistemi ile antimutajenik akiviteleri araştırıldı. İncelenen bal örneklerinin farklı dozlarının sitotoksik etkisi gözlenmedi. Antimutajenite denemeleri S9 varlığında ve yokluğunda Salmonella typhimurium TA 98 ve TA 100 suşları üzerinde yapıldı.İncelenen bal örneklerinin tüm dozları (100 mg/ml, 50 mg/ml 25 mg/ml, 12.5 mg/ml ve 6.25 mg/ml) S9 varlığında Salmonella typhimurium TA 98 suşu üzerinde güçlü antimutajenik etki gösterdi (? 40 %). Trabzon Kestane ve Kekik ballarının tüm dozları S9 varlığında ve yokluğunda Salmonella typhimurium TA 100 suşu üzerinde güçlü antimutajenik etkili görüldü (? 40 %), diğer bal örnekleri ise doza bağlı gittikçe azalan oranlarda antimutajenik etkili olarak belirlendi (% 40-% 20). | |||
| In this research, some regional honey kinds collected in Turkey. Honey samples were determined that they are genuine by pollen analyzing.Antimutagenic activities researched of honeys which determined as Anzer honey, Trabzon chestnut honey, thyme honey, pinus honey, citrus honey and Buzluhan Plateau honey by Salmonella/microsome test system. Cytotoxic affects of researched honey samples? different doses, were not seen. Antimutagen experiments were done in existing S9 and not existing Salmonella typhimurium TA 98 and TA 100 strains.All doses of researched honey samples (100mg/ml, 50 mg/ml, 25 mg/ml, 12.5 mg/ml and 6,25 mg/ml) in existing Salmonella typhimurium pointed out powerful antimutagen affect on TA 98 strain (> 40 %). All doses of Trabzon chestnut and thyme honeys were pointed out powerful antimutagen affect on TA 100 strain, in existing S9 and not existing Salmonella typhimurium (> 40 %). And other honey samples were determined antimutagen affect in decreasing rates depend to dose (40 % – 20 %). | |||
