| Bu tez çalışmasının amacı Türkiye Selçuklu Devleti’nin son döneminde ortaya çıkmaya başlayan Batı Anadolu Beyliklerinin gerçekleştirdikleri evliliklerin sebepleri, bu evliliklerin beyliklerin kökenleri ile bağlantısının olup olmaması, evliliklerin beyliklerin siyaseti üzerine etkisini ve evliliklerin sonuçlarını ortaya koymaktır. Bu çalışmada beylikler döneminden bahseden İbn Battuta ve El-Ömeri gibi kaynaklardan, Osmanlı döneminde eser veren Aşıkpaşazâde, Neşrî, Enverî, Hasan el-Bayati gibi tarihçilerin eserlerinden, Bizans İmparatorluğu’nda eser veren Dukas, Pachymeres gibi tarihçilerin eserlerinden ve modern tarihçilerin yaptıkları çalışmalardan yararlanılmıştır. Bahsedilen bu kaynaklardan elde edilen bilgiler ile Batı Anadolu Beyliklerinin kökenleri ve siyasi tarihleri incelenmiş ve sonrasında beyliklerin yaptıkları evlilikler incelenerek bu evliliklerin sebepleri ortaya çıkarılmıştır. | The aim of this thesis is to reveal the reasons for the marriages of the Western Anatolian Principalities, which started to emerge in the last period of the Türkiye Seljuk State, whether these marriages have a connection with the origins of the principalities, the effect of marriages on the politics of the principalities and the results of the marriages. In this study, sources such as Ibn Battuta and El-Omeri who talked about the period of principalities, the works of historians such as Aşıkpaşazâde, Neşrî, Enverî, Hasan el-Bayati, who wrote in the Ottoman period, the works of historians such as Dukas and Pachymeres who wrote in the Byzantine Empire, and the works of modern historians were used. With the information obtained from these sources, the origins and political history of the Western Anatolian Principalities were examined, and then the marriages of the principalities were examined and the reasons for these marriages were revealed.
